Day 1

  • 15:00 Arrival and Settling

  • 16:00 Intention and Connection: Opening Circle, Welcome Drinks

  • 19:00 Welcome Dinner

Day 2

  • 07:30 - 08:15 Morning Journaling, Meditation, and Breathwork Journey

  • 08:15 - 09:00 Energizing Hatha Yoga

  • 09:15 - 10:00 Breakfast

  • 10:00 - 13:00 Free time to relax, walk, bicycle ride, use the spa, or get a massage (massage fees to be paid directly)

  • 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch

  • 15:00 - 16:30 Mindfulness Wellbeing Workshop: Part One

  • 17:00 - 18:00 Afternoon Tea and Mindful Talk

  • 19:00 - 20:00 Dinner

  • 20:00 - 21:00 Evening Talk, Reflection, Meditation

Day 3

  • 07:30 - 08:15 Morning meditation and breathing technique for stress relief 

  • 08:15 - 09:00 Yoga and Mindful Movement 

  • 09:15 - 10:00 Breakfast

  • 10:00 - 17:00 Free time to relax, use the spa, walk or bicycle ride, massage, etc.

  • 10:00 - 16:30 Optional excursion - visiting the Lake Maggiore and Borromeo island (lunch in one of restaurants at participants' own cost)

  • 17:00 - 18:00 Mindfulness Wellbeing Workshop: Part Two

  • 18:30 - 20:00 Private cooking class with a chef to make a fresh pasta and dinner

  • 20:00 - 21:00 Evening talk, reflection, meditation

Day 4

  • 07:30 - 08:00 Morning meditation and pranayama

  • 08:00 - 08:45 Gentle Vinyasa Yoga
